A few steps from the water and surrounded by mountains, our relais is immersed in 15,000 square meters of lush nature, which makes your stay in Bianca serene and rejuvenating. The products of the garden are a fundamental element of our cuisine, as every day the harvest is the protagonist on the guests' table during the different moments of the day: from the fresh fruit at breakfast to the delicious vegetables protagonists in the dishes of the gastronomic restaurant.
The menu is accompanied by an eclectic selection of wines ranging from great Italian and French classics to small producers to be discovered. Old vintages of unforgettable bottles and more than two hundred other labels are kept in Bianca's visitable cellar.

Fine dining Bianca sul Lago is inspired by the meeting of lake and mountain that can be admired through the restaurant's panoramic windows. The wonder of nature is translated onto the plate by our chef, whose authentic and personal cuisine traverses memories, emotions and flavours to reach the essence of taste, just a few kilometres from Lake Como.
Drop Lounge Bar
Drop is Bianca's lounge bar, where you can relax with a drink or snack at all hours of the day and enjoy the peace of nature surrounding our relais.
An innovative all-day concept that follows the rhythm of the day, with warm and cosy interiors that expand into the spacious outdoor terrace overlooking the lake. Drop is the ideal place for an unforgettable breakfast, an atmospheric aperitif a few metres from the water or a signature cocktail after dinner.
