Lake Como is the perfect place where to practice water sports, from rowing to sailing, from windsurf to diving. There are endless choices!
Lake Como offers many different itineraries where to hike surrounded by breathtaking views over the mountains and waters. Among the others the Sentiero del Viandante is a 45-km path also accessible from Varenna passing by the spectacular Castello di Vezio.

A must-see is the Orrido di Bellano, a spectacular natural canyon where giant bowls and incredible caves have been carved out by the water over the centuries. A concrete footbridge allows visitor to admire this beauty from a unique location. The gorge is 10 mins away from Varenna.
For golf lovers Lake Como offers different courses for both beginners and experts. Easily reachable from Varenna, the Lecco Golf Club was born in 1997, with an original structure of the 1600s, completely restored respecting the ancient buildings.
